Raju is the CEO and Founder of SMARTBridge, LLC. Prior to launching SMARTBridge, Raju was a principal with Andersen Business Consulting for 9 years where he built and led the Technology Practice for the Gulf Coast Market. He has over 18 years of experience in leading the implementation of process and technology solutions to solve critical business problems for clients, including several Fortune 500 companies. Raju has extensive experience in a variety of systems and industries including Utilities, Oil and Gas, Healthcare and Insurance. Raju possesses a strong background in Project Management, Business Process Management, Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, Data Warehousing Architectures, Integration Strategies and Technologies, Internet Technologies and Software Development. He also led the development of information systems strategies and operational design strategies for several organizations. Raju has a M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science.

Sanat Nileshwar
Sanat is the Vice President – Operations, for SMARTBridge, LLC. Sanat has over twelve years of experience relating to systems integration, applications development, and package software implementation. He has provided project management, technical, functional and business process expertise to clients in multiple industries including Energy, Utilities, Quick Service Restaurants and Engineering/Construction. Sanat has a established track record in engaging with clients for the long term and providing high client satisfaction. Prior to becoming a founding partner of SMARTBridge, Sanat was a senior manager at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) and Andersen. Sanat has received a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering.
